A free When2Meet alternative for finding time together
Create an availability poll, share one link, and see when your group can meet. When2Meet Plus helps you compare available times for study groups, team meetings, and get-togethers without a site-wide account.
The interface is available in English and Traditional Chinese through the language menu. Each participant can view the same event in their preferred language and time zone.
What you can do with When2Meet Plus
Choose a continuous range of 1–14 days, set a daily time window, and use 15-, 30-, or 60-minute slots. Each participant marks every time they could attend. The group grid shows how many people are available in each slot, while the suggested times highlight a common time or the slots with the most people available.
For a group spread across time zones, the organizer confirms the event time zone before creating it. Participants can then view the same slots in their own time zones. Switching the display changes the date and time labels, while keeping the actual selected moments unchanged.
You can share a link or QR code. On a computer, drag across the availability grid; on a phone, tap the slots. Keyboard users can move with Tab and select with Space or Enter. Changes save automatically, and the page shows their save status.
How to create a scheduling poll
- Set up your event. Enter a name, confirm its time zone, and choose the dates, daily time range, and slot length.
- Invite your group. Copy the event link or share its QR code with the people you want to invite.
- Collect availability. Everyone joins with a name for that event and an optional password, then selects their available times.
- Choose a time together. Check the group grid and participant list. People who have not responded still count toward the group total, so confirm that everyone has answered before making your decision.
Is it a good fit for your group?
When2Meet Plus is useful when you want people to mark multiple possible times before choosing a meeting time. For example, a study group can compare afternoon slots across one week, while a remote team can use the same poll with local time displays.
The poll collects availability; your group decides the final arrangement. Event dates, the daily time window, slot length, and event time zone are fixed after creation. Create another poll if those need to change. Each event supports up to 100 participants.
Frequently asked questions
- Is When2Meet Plus free?
- Yes. You can create polls and submit availability for free. No email address or site-wide account is required.
- Can I edit my response later?
- Yes. Open the same event and return with the name you used. If you set a password, enter that password; if you left it empty, leave it empty again. Password recovery is not available, so keep any password you choose.
- Who can see the poll?
- Anyone with the event link can see participant names and available times. If a response has no password, someone who knows the link and name can also edit or delete it. Share links only with intended participants. Read more in Data and privacy.
- What if there is no time that works for everyone?
- The suggestions show the slots with the highest available headcount. Slots with no available participants are not suggested. Someone who cannot attend any offered time can submit an explicit unavailable response.
- Is When2Meet Plus part of When2Meet?
- No. When2Meet Plus is an independent scheduling tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by When2Meet.
