About When2Meet Plus
When2Meet Plus is a free group scheduling tool that brings everyone’s availability into one grid to help you find a time to meet.
For a study session, remote meeting, or get-together with friends, create an event and share its link for everyone to respond. The grid shows how many participants can attend each slot and highlights common times or those with the highest headcount, so your group can decide on an arrangement together.
From creating an event to finding a time
Choose 1–14 consecutive days, a daily time range, and 15-, 30-, or 60-minute slots. Confirm the event time zone, then share a link or QR code. Participants join with a name for that event and an optional password. No site-wide account or email address is required.
Drag with a mouse, tap on a phone, or use a keyboard to select times. Availability saves automatically; check the save status before leaving. Participants can also report that none of the times work. People who have not responded still count toward the group total, so a partial overlap is not shown as a time that works for everyone.
View the same plan across time zones
The website reads your device time zone and asks you to confirm or change it, without GPS location. Participants can view dates, times, and common slots in their own time zones. Switching the display time zone changes the labels while keeping the actual selected moments unchanged.
Sharing and your data
Anyone with the event link can see participant names and availability, so share it only with intended participants. A password protects editing of an individual response; it does not hide the event. If no password is set, someone who knows the event link and name can sign in with an empty password to edit or delete that response.
You can return to edit your availability or delete your response under “Manage my data.” Events and undeleted responses do not currently expire automatically, and password recovery is not available. For more about stored data and permissions, read Data and privacy.
Before you begin
Event dates, daily time range, slot length, and event time zone are fixed after creation; create a new event if these need to change. Each event supports up to 100 participants. The website helps compare availability, while your group decides the final arrangement.
